A Green Gateway is a facility that bridges the gap between business and the community that it is located in and serves. By providing the follow space and services it combines the need for education, conference and the space needed to incubate startup and exisiting green technology companies. By serving the community directly it will provide the catalyst to foster the growth of and ignite a communities local green economy. By providing the training for thier green collar workforce in a very focused manner. Green Gateway's will be the focal point and a gathering space and will contain the following features. Light Industrial Space::If you lease space from Greendustry™ Park you will have access to LEED certified space with high or short bays, loading docks and freight elevators. From 1,000 - 10,000 square feet and above blocks of space will be able to fit just about any companies needs. We will also be installing the latest in green technology to provide the most efficient heating of individual spaces. By providing high 'R' values of insulation and running heating systems that have efficiencies running in the 90+% range. This will save your business money with the ever increasing costs of energy.
Office Space:These spaces will be using the latest in energy efficiency and heating technologies. Greendustry Park will also be providing shared office space on a monthly membership basis. We will have a package that suits your needs.
Conference/ Event Space / Community Space:One of the areas that Greendustry™ Park is focusing on is gathering spaces. We want to create a place for business to come and work and also place where people can connect with their values and other like-minded organizations.
Conference:We will be providing conference space for all of tenants to use and enjoy. They will be equipped with state of the art teleconferencing capabilities as well as lcd projection and sound. Comfortable seating and breakout areas will also be provided along with a direct connection to a fully applianced kitchen so you can provide any level of service that your meeting will require.
Event Space:Greendustry Park felt the need to create a large space to accommodate events in the Pioneer Valley. From local community functions to high level national conferences. The hall will be a place where green organizations can comfortably put on events that draw a regional/national audience. Greendustry Park will provide seating, lcd projection as well as a stage with a robust sound system to cater to any venue or performance. The hall will also have a fully applianced kitchen so events can be catered by local food service companies or your own staff. There will also be break-out rooms as well to facilitate any type of large event.
Community Space:Another area the we are excited to provide is a place for people throughout the building to meet everyday. A place with natural light, comfortable seating and kitchen facilities. This unique space just isn't going to be a dull common that is not inviting, it will be centrally located within the building so everyone has access. There will be wifi access as well as a lounge with comfortable couches and seating to invite people to stay and connect and become part of the building space not just someone who works there.
The community space will also provide locker rooms for people to be able to commute to work either by walking, running or biking. A bike exchange program will be set up for our tenants to use. Need to go out for a quick errand, jump on a bike and go. Need to just get some exercise during lunch no problem. Want to take it home so you can commute to work we will provide that as well.
Security:Greendustry Park will also be providing the latest in security measures throughout the building and parking areas. Card access to the building and separate tenant spaces and outdoor cameras will be installed to provide a safe and secure space.
